In several Barn Swallow nests under the eaves of businesses around Demachiyanagi Station near the Kamogawa River, a few rather full-sized Barn Swallow chicks placidly gazing out of the nests, presumably waiting for their parents to bring them insects cuight near the river.
They looked like the chicks in this photo downloaded from the internet.
